1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the product, batteries, electrical items, and installed spare parts cannot be returned once installed or used.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Exchange

In case of wrong product delivery or manufacturing defect, we will replace the item free of cost.
