Battery delivery and installation: within 1–24 hours.
Other orders may vary depending on availability and location.
توصيل وتركيب البطاريات: خلال 1–24 ساعة.
وقد تختلف المدة لخدمات أو منتجات أخرى حسب التوفّر والمنطقة.
3. Shipping Charges / رسوم التوصيل
Delivery fees depend on location.
Free delivery may apply for selected orders.
رسوم التوصيل تعتمد على المنطقة.

4. Order Tracking / تتبع الطلب
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Please check your order upon delivery.
Report missing or damaged items within 24 hours.

B. Return & Refund Policy / الإرجاع والاسترجاع
1. Returns Eligibility / شروط الإرجاع
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
You notify us within 14 days
The item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
يتم قبول الإرجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:
المنتج تالف أو به خلل أو غير مطابق
الإبلاغ خلال 14 يوم
المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية ومع إثبات الشراء
2. Non-Returnable Items / منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع
Electrical items and installed spare parts cannot be returned once installed or used.
لا يمكن إرجاع القطع الكهربائية أو القطع التي تم تركيبها واستخدامها.
3. Refunds / استرجاع المبلغ
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
بعد الموافقة على الإرجاع، يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال 5–7 أيام عمل.
