3. Pricing & Payment / الأسعار والدفع
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
Payments are processed securely via MyFatoorah.
We reserve the right to modify pricing due to market changes or errors.

4. Orders & Availability / الطلبات والتوفّر
Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.
جميع الطلبات خاضعة للتوفّر. وفي حال عدم توفر المنتج، سيتم التواصل معك لتقديم منتج بديل أو استرجاع المبلغ.
5. Warranty / الضمان
Most batteries and spare parts come with a limited warranty as per the manufacturer’s policy.
All warranty claims require the original purchase receipt.
معظم البطاريات وقطع الغيار تكون مرفقة بضمان محدود حسب سياسة الشركة المصنعة.
يجب تقديم فاتورة الشراء الأصلية لتقديم أي مطالبة ضمان.
6. Liability / المسؤولية
Carbox Spare Parts Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications to purchased parts.
شركة كاربوكس لقطع الغيار غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن التركيب غير الصحيح، أو سوء الاستخدام، أو أي تعديلات غير معتمدة على القطع المشتراة.
7. Governing Law / القانون المختص
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.
وأي نزاع يتم النظر فيه تحت اختصاص المحاكم الكويتية.
